It wasn't too long thereafter when Daifuku developed a technical partnership with Jervis B. Webb. In 1959 Daifuku delivered the Webb conveyor system to Toyota Motor's Motomachi Factory, Japan's first factory to exclusively manufacture passenger automobiles.
