Nearly a century ago, Jervis B. Webb adapted the forged rivetless chain conveyor for Henry Ford's first assembly lines, revolutionizing mass production. It wasn't too long thereafter when Daifuku developed a technical partnership with Jervis B. Webb. In 1959 Daifuku delivered the Webb conveyor system to Toyota Motor's Motomachi Factory, Japan's first factory to exclusively manufacture passenger automobiles. Our world-class systems lead the industry by combining conveying, storage, sorting, picking and controls. Our products serve customers in a range of industries and countries.
